Tourist and the private beta

These terms describe use of Tourist’s website and invited app beta. “Tourist” refers to the service; no registered-company identity is asserted here. Features and availability can change during the beta, and access may be limited or interrupted.

Your account and content

Keep sign-in credentials private and use Tourist only for lawful purposes. Add or share only content you are entitled to use. Get permission before uploading another person’s documents or sharing their travel information. You retain rights in your content; Tourist processes it to provide the features you choose, as described in the privacy notice.

Travel information and AI

Extracted details, inferred journeys, recommendations and AI answers can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review them before relying on them. Confirm entry requirements, flight information, health advice and booking conditions directly with official authorities or the relevant provider. Tourist does not replace a passport, visa, original booking confirmation or professional advice.

External bookings and providers

Provider links take you to external services. A booking is governed by that provider’s terms, prices, availability, payment and cancellation policies. A tap on a Tourist link is not proof that a booking has been completed. Tourist does not claim a commercial partnership unless it is explicitly disclosed.

Beta rewards and availability

Any reward preview is informational and does not guarantee points, cash, discounts or benefits. Live rewards require eligible, verified events and applicable programme rules. Do not attempt to manipulate records or rewards.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tourist to infringe rights, upload unlawful material, impersonate another person, access another account, bypass security controls or disrupt the service. Tourist may restrict beta access where needed to protect the service or its users.

Ending use

You can stop using Tourist and disconnect optional services. Removing the app does not itself delete cloud account records. See the privacy notice for supported removals and the current limitations around full-account deletion.

Responsibility and updates

The beta is provided without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free information. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. No governing-law jurisdiction, arbitration requirement or registered-company details are fabricated here. Such details and any commercial terms will be published before wider release.
